I’m originally from New Brunswick and hold a bachelor’s degree in theatre and music. As a student in 2014, I discovered the Alexander Technique, which was transformative in helping me recover from repetitive strain injuries and provided a solid framework for balance in my life. A self-described jack-of-all-trades, I’ve found the Alexander Technique invaluable for navigating my diverse interests and careers. In 2021, I completed a 3-year, 1600-hour training program and am now a certified Alexander Technique teacher.
